What is Build My Future?

Build My Future returns in 2026鈥攁nd this year will be our most impactful yet! We鈥檙e expanding beyond construction trades by partnering with the Welding Rodeo, Transportation programs (automotive & diesel), and Utility Preview Day to showcase an even broader range of high鈥慸emand careers across Northeast Wisconsin.

Our goal is to connect nearly 1,000 local high school students with immersive, hands鈥憃n career experiences. Unlike traditional career fairs, Build My Future sparks interest early, helping students discover career pathways in time to enroll in related high school courses and get a head start on their future.

Build My Future is an interactive event where students explore through hands-on activities, simulations, and games. Connect your students with local industry professionals and discover exciting career paths.
