Requirements for Certificate Entry
- The certificate is designed for administrators of child care programs including program directors and program administrators as identified in State licensing rules.

- Curriculum Note: Students must earn a grade of "C" or higher in all 10-307-XXX courses to successfully graduate the Early Childhood: Child Care Administration Certificate. If a grade earned is "D" or "F", the course must be retaken to earn the grade of "C" or better to continue in and graduate from this program. If the course is sequential, the successful retake must occur before continuing the sequence.

What else do I need to know about the program?
Industry Credentials
Commission with the Wisconsin Registry to earn the 18-credit Administration Credential. This credential meets the DCF requirements for directors of group childcare programs licensed for 51 or more children, without an education degree
Successful graduates of this certificate will be eligible to apply for Wisconsin Registry Career Level 10.
