Course Description
This course brings project management to life by applying foundational principles to real-world scenarios. Students will deepen their skills through hands-on use of industry tools, agile practices, and change management strategies. Learners will leave being able to confidently lead projects from concept to completion. (Pre-requisite: 10-196-188 Project Mgmt Fundamentals)
